Xerox Phaser 3320dn: Fast Mono Printing for Busy Offices

The Xerox Phaser 3320dn is a fast A4 mono laser printer built for small and medium offices that print in volume. It focuses on print alone, so it delivers speed and reliability without the cost of a multifunction device. Specifically, it suits shared offices, reception desks, and departments that need dependable output from a single dedicated printer. Additionally, automatic duplex printing comes as standard, not as an expensive add-on, so it cuts paper use on every two-sided job.

Fast Mono Output at Up to 35ppm

The 3320dn prints at up to 35 pages per minute on A4, so it clears long documents and busy queues quickly. It also delivers up to 1,200 x 1,200 image quality, meaning text, tables, and fine detail all come out sharp and consistent. Because automatic duplex is built in as standard, two-sided jobs run without any manual page flipping.

First pages appear in as little as 6.5 seconds, so you’re rarely left waiting at the tray. Furthermore, a monthly duty cycle of up to 80,000 pages means this printer comfortably handles high-volume office demands, well beyond what a typical desktop printer can manage.

Wired Network and USB Connectivity

You can connect the 3320dn via Hi-Speed USB 2.0 for a direct desktop link, or use the built-in Ethernet port to share it across an office network. Because of this, it fits equally well as a single-desk workhorse or a shared printer for a small team. Built-in security features, including IPsec, SNMPv3, IP filtering, and secure print, help keep the printer and your network protected.

So a small or growing office gets network-level protection that would normally sit in a much larger machine, without any extra hardware to fit.

Built for Everyday Paper Handling

A 250-sheet main tray and a 50-sheet bypass tray give the 3320dn 300 sheets of standard input capacity. As a result, it needs far fewer paper top-ups than a typical desktop printer, even during a busy print day. Because the capacity also expands to 820 sheets with an optional second tray, it scales up easily if your printing needs grow.

Compact, Efficient, and Built to Last

Xerox built the 3320dn around a compact chassis, so it fits comfortably on a desk or shelf without dominating the room. Meanwhile, its low power consumption in sleep and standby modes helps keep running costs down over years of daily use. As a result, it suits offices that want dependable output without a bulky footprint.

Because the print cartridge yields around 5,000 pages, replacements stay infrequent even with steady daily printing. So whether it’s a single urgent letter or a long run of reports, the 3320dn keeps pace without fuss.

Refurbished and Tested In-House

Our own technicians refurbish every unit we sell. We don’t outsource this step. First, we test print quality and resolution accuracy. Next, we check duplex alignment and paper feed reliability. We also test both USB and Ethernet connectivity. Then, we clean each unit thoroughly, inside and out, before it ships. For the full picture, you can read more about us.

Each printer ships with a 90-day return-to-base warranty, including a 14-day return window. This covers you from day one. You’ll find full terms on our terms & conditions page. We also offer free delivery to mainland UK addresses. So the price you see is the price you pay.
