All products and services provided on our webstore remain the sole property of Northwood Computer Services Ltd (Referred to as NCS from hereon) until paid for in full.
Items listed on the NCS webstore are precisely described and contain no additional parts above and beyond what is stated, this includes consumables such as toners, drums, inks, photoconductors and printheads, it also includes power cables, power supplies, user documentation and software. Most items include a power cable and consumables of the correct kind however please be sure to check the individual item description thoroughly.
All new and boxed items will be checked to ensure their integrity and re-sealed, they will contain all parts issued as standard and be in brand new condition unless stated otherwise in the listing.
In the unlikely event that you aren’t satisfied with your product, we offer a 14 calendar day return policy on all products. Any items returned within this 14 day window must be returned at the buyers expense, complete with all parts originally supplied and free from any unreported damages. Any New items must be returned in the original box, unused, complete with all parts originally supplied, still sealed and undamaged. Any items returned that do not match this criteria may be subject to partial refunds or no refund at all and will be assessed on a case by case basis taking into account the costs relevant to reverting them back to the criteria outlined if possible.
In instances where an item is returned within the 14 day return window, we will offer an exchange unit if one is available in stock or a full refund where no exchange is available.
If an item is ordered in error we are able to cancel the order and offer a refund until the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped an order can still be cancelled, but will be subject to a restock fee to cover our costs (20% of the total order value including delivery).
All products are supplied with a 90 day Return To Base warranty. This warranty covers machine failure through electrical or mechanical fault, it does not cover expiration of consumable items or damage through misuse/neglect. Confirmation of or evidence of disassembly or other tampering with a product supplied by Northwood will lead to an automatic void of any remaining warranty. Any items returned under the warranty policy must be returned at the buyers expense. Once a faulty machine is returned, provided that it meets the criteria above, we will repair and return it at our expense. If the machine is beyond repair we will replace it with an exchange unit. If no exchange unit is available we will issue a full refund and cancel the order. The 14 day return period is included within the 90 day warranty period and IS NOT in addition to it.
If an item is damaged in transit or is faulty upon delivery it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt (Excluding Saturday 00:01 until Sunday 23:59). A pre-paid return label will be provided for drop-off at a local drop-off point and we will repair and re-ship it at our expense. If you are unable to use the pre-paid return label system, you must instead return the item via a reputable carrier at your own cost. Any unreported damage will not be covered by the warranty and resolution of those damages will be offered at cost to the customer. If an item is damaged in transit and this isn’t reported within the first 48 hours, the product must be returned to us at the buyer’s expense and any damage will be rectified at cost price to the buyer. Any damage to an item caused by a customer is not covered by our returns policy nor our warranty. Any damage caused to an item by replacement of parts without written permission will lead to automatic void of warranty. Corruption of software by failed firmware upgrades or other means carried out by a customer without written permission will lead to automatic void of warranty.
Any items that need to be returned by the buyer must be packed safely and securely, any damage to a returned item previously unreported by the buyer will be repaired and charged at cost.

Use of non-genuine toners, inks or parts in products supplied by NCS Ltd will cause an automatic warranty void.
We endeavor to supply our products in a fully working condition, but we are not responsible for connecting or configuring our items for the purchasers system environment. All connectivity or configuration issues remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please remember we sell all of these printers through other means, so we reserve the right to increase or decrease prices depending on stock levels and demand as well as end any listings that have sold elsewhere. Please also remember that these prices are specific to our webstore customers.
Continuing to purchase an item through our webstore constitutes automatic agreement to these terms and conditions.
