HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Colour Printer D9L18A

HP OfficeJet Pro 8710: Professional Colour Printing at a Fraction of the Cost

The HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 is a full-featured A4 colour all-in-one printer. Specifically, it prints, copies, scans, and faxes from one compact device. As a result, it suits small offices, busy home workers, and shared workgroups that need professional-quality colour output without laser running costs. Additionally, automatic duplex printing means it handles two-sided jobs without manual flipping, so it saves paper and time on every run.

It prints at up to 22ppm in black and 18ppm in colour. Furthermore, it copies at up to 20cpm in black and 14cpm in colour. So whether you need a sharp text document or a full-colour report, it delivers professional results without slowing your workflow.

All-In-One Features Built for the Office

The 8710 includes a 50-sheet automatic document feeder that handles multi-page copy, scan, and fax jobs in a single run. In addition, the ADF supports two-sided scanning, so double-sided originals come through without manual page turning. The 6.75‑cm (2.65″) colour touchscreen also puts shortcuts and settings right at your fingertips, making everyday tasks quicker to manage.

The standard paper tray holds up to 250 sheets, with a 150-sheet output bin to match. Moreover, the 8710 supports borderless printing up to A4, so it handles photo and marketing print jobs as well as documents. A monthly duty cycle of up to 25,000 pages means it keeps pace with genuine small-office workloads.

Flexible Connectivity for Any Setup

You can connect the 8710 via USB 2.0 for a direct desktop setup. Alternatively, the built-in Ethernet port adds it straight to your office network, so no separate print server is needed. Because of this, several people can share the printer across a wired network without any extra hardware.

Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Wi-Fi Direct printing also let you connect wirelessly from a laptop, smartphone, or tablet. In particular, HP ePrint, Apple AirPrint, and Mopria certification mean most devices print with minimal setup. Furthermore, the two RJ-11 fax ports allow straightforward fax integration into an existing phone line setup.

Refurbished and Tested In-House

Our own technicians refurbish every unit we sell. This step never goes to a third party. First, print quality gets a full test across all four ink colours. Next, we check copy, scan, and fax functions. Duplex alignment, ADF feed reliability, and all connectivity options also get a thorough check. Then, each unit receives a thorough clean, inside and out, before it ships. For the full picture, you can read more about us.

Each printer ships with a 90-day return-to-base warranty, including a 14-day return window. This means you’re covered from day one. Additionally, you’ll find full terms on our terms & conditions page. Moreover, we offer free delivery to mainland UK addresses, so the price you see is the price you pay.
