The ZT230 prints at up to 6 inches per second at 203 dpi (8 dots/mm). So it clears a label run quickly, without sacrificing barcode quality or readability. It also supports both thermal transfer and direct thermal methods. As a result, you can switch media types to suit your application, whether you need long-lasting printed labels or short-run direct thermal stock.

It accepts label media up to 4.09″ (104mm) wide and handles roll stock up to 8.0″ OD. Furthermore, the 450m ribbon capacity means fewer changeovers during long production runs. The graphical LCD display and icon-based interface also make day-to-day operation straightforward, with minimal operator training needed.

Direct Workstation Connectivity

You can connect the ZT230 via USB 2.0 for a straightforward workstation setup.
